Although their subplot in book 1 wasn’t perfect, I don’t think I’ve ever shipped anything as hard as Makorra. They have such a great dynamic and banter and make a fantastic team. Mako and Korra are polar opposites in many ways, but complement each other too. This ship has SO much potential to grow and develop in book 2 that I break into a grin just thinking about it.
